Saw him recently, he took his time, was patient and kind when I didn't tolerate the biopsy well. His asst was a gem. He asked alot of thorough questions. Explained everything well to me. I get anxious and he made me feel I was in good hands. I'm very happy I got referred to him. I feel I'm in very capable hands and I'm looking forward to having him do my surgery. Yay for Dr's. Who are kind.

Dr. Apantaku has delivered 2/3 (2019&2021) of my babies, and if I decide to have more I will definitely be seeing him again. He is an absolute amazing Dr. With a lot going on. His dedication and hard work shows in his clinic and at the hospital. I truly believe if it wasn't for him my middle son wouldn't be here. He listened to me when my own family Dr wouldn't due to this issue being 'uncommon' . I wish you nothing but the best, and you deserve the highest regards at the hospital that you so diligently serve.

He delivered my son and truly listened to me and helped me through pain and bleeding and helped encourage me to continue to try for our second after many miscarriages. I am pregnant again and just can't wait for Monday to call and get in to do everything I can to help this baby stick! He is great Dr and never made me feel uncomfortable or not listened to. I trust him to help me through this pregnancy and c section again.

I had a wonderful experience with this doctor. He was the doctor on call at the Red Deer Hospital and he was able to listen to me and prescribed appropriate medications for my ovary pain. I have had otherdoctors who would just send a patient home or dismiss fears without proper check.I would recommend him.

Dr.apantaku should not be allowed to have his license. He delivered my last baby, it was an absoloutely horrible experience. I delivered at 35 weeks due to my preeclampsia, my blood pressure was too high. I told him the morning of that I felt something had changed with the baby she was facing a different way. He checked to see if her head was down and it was so he said we were still delivering. No ultrasound was done to make sure everything was fine. My labour was extremely short and I ended up delivering my baby sunny side up. She was purple and extremely swollen when she came out. She went to the nicu and I didn’t get to see her for over a week after I delivered her because I was sent to ICU due to my blood pressure not coming down.I wasn’t allowed to go to her or have her come to me. It was extremely traumatic. I have heard of numerous other people having very similar experiences. I will be going to the college of physicians regarding my experience with him. I’m finally ready to deal with this and not have anyone else have to go through something like myself.

My review is 13 years late.I was absolutely terrified but my c-section went well and the work was done so cleanly that it has been my ONLY surgery that didn't end in infection. He also discovered my horrible scar tissue and took the time to clean it up. It was a beautiful experience. My name is Odetta Berg. Thank you.

I had to have a slightly difficult surgery, I was very afraid. Dr. Apantaku took EVERY measure to assure I had a great outcome. He took the time to phone me at home twice to check in and explain the entire surgery from start to finish, explain any complications that may occur, and answer any of the 5000 questions I had. As he knew I was frightened, he took the time to put my mind at ease. He ordered MRI’s, ultrasounds and follow up blood work. The surgery was a great success and I healed quickly with no complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Apantaku. He’s a pretty great doctor and I was so lucky to have him.

Dr. Apantaku communicated in a direct, clear and understandable manner during our 1st meeting - He is a very humble Doctor. My procedure was scheduled - Which was quite involved and serious - This literally saved my life! I am truly grateful for Dr. Apantaku and his competent staff for their expertise, professionalism and caring for me as an individual… I would not look elsewhere!

Dr Apantaku is an amazing doctor!Almost a year ago I had to have a total hysterectomy done as I was in pain every day. Dr. Apantaku performed the surgery. He was very caring, understanding, gentle, extremely patient professional and kind.I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gynecologist. His a rude doctor and explains nothings. To be screamed at in the surgery room while i have my 2 legs open is totally not professional ..he should of known what to do before he got me in that room ....i still have stitches after 5 weeks they were suppose to be the one that disolve well they are NOT and now they are attached and hanging inside/out of my vigina ..called for him to get them removed he won't i was told he clise my file and to get another doctor to finish is job ...not a happy girl ..Kendall thesecretary is a very nice girl that is the only reason he got 2 stars out of Me
